Prescription strength products must be ordered either in person or over the phone. You may request a quote here and one of our skin1765 representatives will call to discuss your order. All prescription strength products will require approval by one of our providers prior to filling an order.
All non-prescription product orders can be placed on our website and will be shipped via UPS (1-5 day delivery depending on location) at a fee of $5.99 per order.
All products with the exception of Glo Skin Beauty can be returned or exchanged within 15 days for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange. Products must be at least 75% full for a refund.

Subscribing to a product means it will be automatically sent to you based on the frequency set for that specific product. All subscription orders receive a 10% discount after the initial order. Your card will automatically be charged, and a payment receipt will be emailed to you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account under My Account and clicking on the Subscriptions link. On this screen you can also update your shipping and billing information and check the status of your current subscriptions.
